A decision has been made by the Residents Association (RA) of Taman Rawang Perdana 2 (TRP2), to terminate the security service of Excellent Security Services (ESS). 30 days notice of termination was served on 1 Sept 2012 for the security service to end by 30 Sept 2012.
The decision was made after numerous discussions and meetings by the committee members of the residents association, to the fact that ESS has not been able to carry out its services satisfactorily and had also failed to adhere to the terms and conditions agreed upon. Among others, guard posts were left unattended repeatedly in continuous occassions, guards on duty were nott in proper uniform or attire, vehicles were allowed freely in and out of the taman without being checked, questioned nor inspected, employment of unqualified guards including elderly citizens and teenagers were put on duty, repeated change of guards resulted in new guards unable to carry out duties effectively.
A meeting will be held on Sunday, 16th Sept 2012, 8.30am at the playground of Jln RP10/5, for a briefing to the residents as to the situation of the security program at RP2, to propose a new rate for the intake of a new security company, and other matter arising etc etc.
