Notice of its 1st Annual General Meeting on 25 October 2009

The 1st Annual General Meeting of The Residents Association of Taman Rawang Perdana was called for by the President, Dr Lam Weng kai on 25 October 2009, Sunday, 9.30am at Padang Jln RP10/6 :

The agenda of the AGM were as follows :
- Chairman welcome speech
- YB speech
- Election of committee members for 2009 - 2011
- Matters to be discussed including :
i. To allow existing members to maintain as members even though they have shifted to Rawang Perdana 1 or Rawang Perdana ;
ii. Membership fees RM5 per year and registration fees of RM5 only ;
iii. To open bank account for the assocation and authorized the chairman, secretary or the treasurer, either two of them to sign the cheque ;
iv. To authorize the committee to carry out any activities according to the registered regulation at the Registrar

Refreshment was provided.

The Formation of The Residents Association of Taman Rawang Perdana 2

The residents association of Taman Rawang Perdana 2 was established and registered on .... 2009 by Dr Lam Weng Kai who took much efforts to have the assocation registered after several years of operation under the name of residents committee.
